Our online shop is new; it was started on 21/12/2024

We usually keep seasonal vegetables or fruits

Q. Do you source your vegetables locally or from different regions?

No, we buy local as per our requirement or grow it on our own farm. (Dharmdhari Farms)

Quality and Freshness:

Q. How do you ensure the freshness of your vegetables?

To preserve our vegetables (food items like onions, tomatoes, mushrooms, or herbs and spices), we use an airtight container, which helps in keeping our veggies fresh as well as separates it from other products that release ethylene gas.

Q. Do you sell organic vegetables?

Yes, we provide organic vegetables from our farm, Dharmdhari Farms.

Q. How often do you restock your vegetables?

It depends on the season as to which vegetable should be stored.

Customer Service:

Q. Do you offer home delivery services?

Yes we deliver our products at your location 

Q. What do you do if your customer receives a defective product/vegetables?

Generally, it happens very rarely, as our team checks it before sending it to you; despite that, if it happens, we don’t charge them that amount in next order so our customers are happy

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash On Delivery, UPI, online payment, etc

Pricing and Offers:

Q. How do you decide the pricing of your vegetables?

It all depends on market and environment.

Q. Do you offer any discounts or deals for regular customers?

Yes, we offer our regular/subscribed customers minimum 10% and upto 60%

Q. Do you have any membership or loyalty programs?

Yes, we have membership programs.

Business Operations:

Q. What are your shop’s working hours?

We take orders from 5:00 AM to 8:00 AM in the morning and deliver them to their place by 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

Similarly, we take orders from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the evening and deliver them to their place by 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

We offer customers for free to build our trust and loyalty.
